**"They didn't complete the job. They broke the mirror while installing the wardrobe doors and left it, saying 'maybe it will be fine. I said I didn't want a cracked mirror in my home. Eventually, they came and removed it, and I waited three months for the new doors.
The new mirror turned out to be smaller - not the one I had paid for - and it was glued off-center. Now they refuse to fix their own mistake.
I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't trust them again."**

Thanks for your feedback 🙂
We worked in very difficult conditions (flat, 4th floor, no space, no parking)
However, we finished two large wardrobes and the customer was very happy and paid the full amount.
Hanging a mirror was a separate job. Yes we accidentally damaged the mirror while bringing it to the 4th floor and ordered a replacement (at no additional cost)
Made new doors, fitted a new mirror but the customer is still not happy.
There are always 5% of people you will never please no matter what you do.
I don't think this review is fair but thanks
