Terri responded to my request for a quote the same day. The work was carried out a week or so later. The task was to humanely remove doves from underneath our solar panels and then apply protective mesh around the outside. Two men arrived to carry out the work. They were polite and professional, explaining exactly how the work would be carried out. They brought their own scaffolding tower. Work was completed to a high standard and took around four hours. I’m happy to recommend this company and will certainly use them again, should the need arise. Many thanks.

I contacted a number of pest removal services and Terri and Dave were one of the first to respond. Their communication was professional, personable and timely. In fact - second to none. I contacted them at 9am, and they were with me by 12noon on the same day (despite being located the furthest away). We were unsure whether the pest problem was wasps, hornets or bees, and Dave took the time to explain and wait to see which pest it was. Once we saw a wasp he took to task immediately and has got rid of them. Customer service, outcome and value for money. Would highly reccomend and use them again!

I contacted Terri and Dave at Eradicontrol concerning a cat flea infestation. I had a call from Terri who was very professional and knowledgeable putting me at ease over the problem. Terri talked me through the process, I've never had to use this type of service before and I felt confident enough to book a visit. Dave and his team carried out the fumigation today explaining the process. Thank you Terri, Dave and team....a great team!

I contacted Terri because ants were spotted in our house. Booking appointment was simple and her response time was great. Terri is knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, and she has kept us updated throughout the whole process. The problem was solved instantly without any issues. very prompt service. told me exactly what they were going to do. turned up on time. very efficient, considerate, and tidy. It's working well as the pigeons look very angry that they can't nest under my panels anymore.
