    'You can tell the builders put a lot of love into this work'

    A direct quote from a neighbours, says it all about the work Equilibrium put in to our project. We were renovating our property (Old Town): external render, paintwork, external walls, fencing, patio, landscaping, metalwork, drainage, guttering, flat roof, cladding. Quite a to-do list and range of works. Equilibrium were equal to it all. Bad weather across the autumn and winter hampered progress but they persevered to deliver a high-quality finish. We got to know Alan and his team well - a pleasure to work with. personable, courteous, 'the tidiest builders we've seen'. Highly recommended.

    alan a very helpful chap turned out the work involved going through insurance but he very kindly talked us through what we had to do, arrived 24 after phoning for qoute very prompt. would not hesitate to call when we need work doing excellent many thanks

    Exterior works: repair and paint render, repointing.

    Alan was very gentle with us, and happy to go into detail with us about every part of the work. Its hard to explain but it felt like being looked after by family. He made sure we understood each product, each piece of work and talked through any difficult bits. The finish is excellent, we've had lots of compliments. He was also very upfront where something may need revisiting later. We are 100% having him back for any future work. A safe pair of hands all through and reasonable quotations that reflect his commitment to good materials and workmanship.

    Genuine and skilled builders

    Al and his team completed our extension and decking area. Their workmanship is second to none and all finished to a high standard. The team are lovely and go above and beyond. They kept us well informed all the way, even when they found some underlying issues we weren’t aware of they weren’t phased and completed the job on budget.

    Super happy with these builders - they do great work and care.

    I had a very large extension to my original patio. The work is first class and even more important to me was how they respected my original patio, driveway and gardend etc making sure everything was left clean and tidy. They care about what they deliver and their work ethic was impressive. All the builders were really nice and there was great communication - they involved me in everything that needed my input. I would have these builders back without question. Thanks guys it was a pleasure and loving my very much extended patio.

    Bought a hole in garage concrete floor

    Alan Norton, Equilibrium, and his main man Harry, made their part of our project very easy for us. We needed to buy a hole in our garage so Southern Water could do a leak repair.Alan was so accommodating of all the delays and cancellations from SW. Alan & H. made their part of the project digging and reinstating the concrete very stress free, which was a great help in dealing with the far from stressless interactions with SW. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and to recommend unreservedly.
