From quotation to collection, everything was carried out smoothly and professionally. After choosing some sample materials, we were shown potential images of newly upholstered sofa on a mobile phone, and this really helped us choosing the most suitable colours and materials. The work carried out by Eddie and his team was superb and we are very pleased with the transformation of our sofa and arm chairs.

Good initial contact, very helpful with fabric samples, good communicator. Took 2 weeks to recover the sofa but looks like a completely new one. Cushions a little firmer than before but I understand they should settle with a bit of time.

Contacted Eddie just before Christmas about repairing a sofa bed and was quoted £80. I accepted waiting until after the holidays, but the whole process dragged on for weeks with very poor communication and repeated chasing for updates. What should have been a simple repair ended up taking nearly two months. When the sofa was returned he had “forgot the handle” and even questioned whether I needed it. It’s a sofa bed… of course it needs the handle to pull it out. I paid in good faith before realising this still wasn’t finished and I’m still waiting for it to be sorted. Wouldn't recommend.

The Armchair was very well done, as good as new.

I requested a quote from all Checkatrade recommended tradesman and they were all around the same. I then selected the nearest to my address and arranged for them to collect. They did a first rate job and returned them on time for Christmas. They have done a brilliant job and will use them again in the future.
