  To upgrade my old fusebox to a modern RCD consumer unit

  Andrew replied within a day to give me a very reasonable quote, and the job was completed the very next day. Assan and Jasmine arrived at the agreed on time, and the job was done within a few hours. Assan also removed a defunct mains-powered burglar alarm for me, and re-configured some cladding to accommodate the new unit, as space was a bit tight, which was great. Meanwhile Jasmine checked all the power sockets and lighting ccts to make sure all was well. They were both polite and helpful, and I was very happy with the whole job.

  Whole house rewire

  Andrew and his team were incredible. They were so tidy and efficient at working around our new carpets and furniture to minimise mess and disruption to us while they worked. They were so friendly and helpful giving us great ideas of what we needed and what options we had. Cannot recommend highly enough.

  Light fitting replacement

  Just needed the bathroom light pull switch replacing. Andrew was quick to reply, easy to contact, arrived on time, and did a quick and efficient job. I’ll definitely contact him for any future work.

  Installing new light fixture in hallway

  Andrew was excellent. The job was last minute as we wanted it done prior to having new carpets fitted which we bought forward and Andrew managed to fit us in. He was quick, polite and efficient. We will definitely use EPI again, one of the most professional services/trade person we have ever used. Highly recommended! Thanks again!

  Complete re-wire

  Andrew and Jasmine were fantastic throughout the job. Really clear communication beforehand, arrived when they said they would, were extremely kind about a scheduling challenge I had and agreed to leave and come back another day, were really considerate of my neighbours and just did an all round brilliant job.   Rewiring 3 bedroom house

  Andrew made excellent suggestions on how lighting and electrics could tone the mood of the house. The work also included the safety aspects such as fire alarm and future planning eg power for electric vehicle charging. The team completed the work to a high standard. They were punctual, polite and clean. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.
