  New boiler

  Arrived exactly on time having sent text messages when en route to confirm he was on time. Polite and presentable, his work was very neat and tidy. Extremely helpful throughout and explained how, why, what and wherefor. Work was completed to a very high standard, including tidying up and making good matters over and beyond the basic remit. Highly recommended.

  Overflow tank leak

  Martin was excellent, he replied quickly and was able to come round the next day to identify the cause and fix a leak in our loft tank as well as disconnect an old gas pipe. He was friendly and explained what he was doing clearly and carried out the work effectively.

  Replacing incorrect wiring.

  EPHD have now serviced my gas boiler and replaced wrongly installed electrical wiring in my home. On both occasions the work was carried out to my complete satisfaction. Martin arrived promptly, was courteous and very meticulous in the finished job. All necessary repairs were made and the area cleaned. I haven't yet had need of Martin's plumbing skills but will certainly call on him if the need arises.
