I made my enquiry having seen the listing on Check-a-Trade, and having read all the positive reviews on the EPC Direct website. I was impressed with the immediate callback and Drew explained everything clearly and booked the appointment for a few days later. He confirmed his estimated arrival time on the morning of the appointment and he arrived on time, he was knowledgeable, friendly and professional throughout the 20-30 minute appointment.
