  I recently had an EPC carried out and was very impressed with the service. The assessor was professional, punctual, and took the time to explain the process clearly. The assessment was thorough, and I received helpful, practical advice on how to improve my property’s energy efficiency and EPC rating. The recommendations were easy to understand and tailored to my home, making it clear which improvements would have the biggest impact. Overall, an excellent service from start to finish.   Brilliant service, can't fault it at all. I urgently needed my EPC after my solicitor notified me it had expired. Derek came out the next morning after calling him in the afternoon and he had the report sent over and live on the gov site less than two hours later!

  New EPC for property sale

  Hermitage Homes offered for the job and Derek Ackom was assigned. Derek was friendly , courteous and efficient in his prior communications and his visit to my property. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He is very professional and pleasant to deal with.

  I required an urgent EPC for my flat as my current one expired and I needed one to sell the flat

  Derek communicated well and was able to complete the Energy Performance assessment within half an hour and I had the EPC in my email inbox before the end of the same day. The lowest quote from the 5 companies I contacted. He arrived on time and communicated well leading up to the assessment. I would highly recommend him and use him in the future if needed.
