  I had a really great experience with EPC Hermitage Homes from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, efficient, and completely stress free. Communication was excellent throughout, with quick responses and clear information, which made everything easy to arrange. They arrived on time, were professional and respectful in the property, and carried out the assessment thoroughly without any fuss. What stood out most was how straightforward they made everything feel, especially something that can sometimes be a bit of a hassle.

  Derek contacted me straight away and was very professional and helpful. I was able to give him details of tenants and he arranged to do the EPC directly with them within a few days of me giving the go ahead! Very happy with his professionalism I definitely recommend
