I can’t recommend Ruben enough! He recently fitted our herringbone flooring and a stair runner, and his work is absolutely flawless. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, friendly, and clearly knew exactly what he was doing. The herringbone pattern is perfectly laid – so much attention to detail – and the stair runner has completely transformed the hallway. He worked efficiently, left everything spotless, and was really respectful of our home. It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in their work these days, but Ruben genuinely does.

Reuben was amazing from beginning to end. He first came to the house to evaluate the room and advise on next steps. After we found the floor we wanted, he went and picked it up for us. On installation day, he discovered some hidden defects on the existing underneath floor, but he happily corrected them. The living room is now looking gorgeous. We will be definitely getting in touch with him again if we need any other floor-related works done.
