Richard was very professional and spoke to the point. He did come in for a survey and checked the unit in the loft. The very same day provided a quote for replacement and mentioned it will take 3-4 weeks to order and replace the unit. However, he scheduled the work within next week due to a cancellation and it helped our plans for the easter break. The electrician - Reece was excellent too and carried out replacement of the unit along with all necessary checks. He really took his time to do the works properly. I would like to thank both of them for their support and definitely recommend.

I called Environvent in to one of my properties that is leased out and reported that it was recently suffering from damp and mould. After obtaining Richard's expert advice, I decided to have a Positive Input Ventilation system mounted in the loft. From date of site visit to installation took just over two weeks, work was carried out on time with efficiency and the unit looks sleek with no noise.
