As a responsible Landlord, along with Awaabs Law, I use PIVs and Cyclone 8 vents from Envirovent in all my houses, because plain and simple, they work. They prevent condensation and mould from forming. Their rep is excellent and knowledgeable who recommends the correct products, and their vents are excellent quality. Here's a review you can use: We had EnviroVent North East install an extractor fan in our bathroom, which was previously a nightmare. It was constantly wet, smelled terrible, and had black mould everywhere, forcing us to completely re-decorate. We are absolutely amazed by the transformation! The installation was quick and easy, and the installers were efficient and incredibly professional.
