    Had mould wash and ventilation unit installed at my property. The service was very good and the team helped get over some challenges with the installation and went over and above to get it sorted.

    Fresh ownership makes Envirovent easy to recommend in the Southwest

    A maintenance technician from EnviroVent carried out warranty work at my home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked efficiently, quickly diagnosing and resolving the issue. The repair has made a noticeable difference — our heavily used bathroom is now back to having near-silent extraction. The new South West franchisee is a breath of fresh air: clearly service-oriented and genuinely customer-focused. Highly recommended.

    Effective control for humidity - great service

    We found our new home had high humidity levels (up to 70%). A chance discussion introduced us to the idea of installing Positive Input Ventilation, and we contacted Envirovent for a free survey. The report with three possible solutions came quickly, and we booked the installation for a few weeks later. A couple of days before this was due, we were told it had been cancelled. A quick phone call sorted this out and the installation happened as originally planned. Since then the humidity level has reduced significantly (now under 50%), and our central heating is much more efficient.
