Sean answered immediately to my request for assistance with a wasp nest and mice infestation in my son's loft. He confirmed he could help and arranged an initial assessment appt. He also advised of cost up front. After identifying the 2 issues, he managed to destroy the wasp nest immediately and left poison and traps following some evidence of rats. He then returned after 3 days to check traps which proved empty, removed them but left poison. He then returned a week later for a final check but no evidence of any infestation. A service report for each visit. He was very professional. Great job

We contacted Sean as we had concerns about some beetles we had found in our older property. We booked an inspection and Sean arrived on time with the relevant equipment to examine the suspect areas and collect samples which he later identified.
