Sean came to investigate a possible mouse infestation below our kitchen cupboards. He confirmed it was actually rats and located their point of entry. He was very thorough, gave options to future proof access points, carried out the works promptly. He explained the costs upfront, planned future visits, was polite, neat and clean. All in all a great service.

I don’t normally write reviews, but on this occasion I felt I had to. I had a mice infestation and contacted Environ for help. I spoke with Natalie L, who was extremely helpful and professional. She took the time to listen to me, which I really appreciated as I suffer from a stutter. She was patient, understanding, and made me feel comfortable throughout the call. We recently spotted a mouse in our flat coming from a large hole in the fireplace. Our landlord had contacted the company to come scope out the issue. Jordan came by and performed a very thorough check of the entire flat for our report, identifying all the holes & placing temporary poison boxes.
