    Damp survey

    Professional survey carried out identifying the cause of penetrative damp. But when I asked for more detailed quotes for remedial work I got no response, despite sending three emails. Appears they did not want the job but were not courteous enough to reply.

    External defects causing internal damp.

    David went above and beyond, investigating every possible cause until he pinpointed the exact issue something no one else had managed to do. Not only did he find the root of the problem, but he also provided a clear and practical solution to fix it. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone dealing with damp issues.     Pre purchase damp survey

    Had a RICS survey carried out and was prompted to get PCA damp survey carried out. Called Environ and Lola guided me through the process with Reiss attending 3 days later. The report served as a negotiation tool and saved is over £14k. We will be using you guys as soon as the exchange is finalised. Thank you for the prompt service.

    Cleaning paint from exterior of building

    Luke and James from Environ Property Services are doing an excellent job removing all the paint from an approximate 1914 terraced house to reveal the original brickwork. Although it is a very messy job they do their best to clean up as they go. They are both courteous and polite and keep me informed how things are progressing. I’m hoping by the end of their work the house will be ready for any repointing etc necessary. Simone my contact for the job is also very solicitous with enquiring if I have any concerns.
