We had an old Air Conditioner in out media room, Jordan from Environmental Controls came out to service it, but he advised that it might be better to go with a new upmarket model than keep with the older cheaper one. Once I made the leap and said yes, I was so glad I did. He did such an amazing job fitting the new unit with his team, they were clean, the qualitity of fitting was superb, he listened to my concerns and was even flexible on fitting the unit due to a family issue. The new unit is lovely, super quite and looks great in the room. Thank you Jordan. See you at service time.

Had air conditioning fitted last year by environmental controls. And required an annual service. The guys came out and completed the service in excellent fashion, clean tidy and efficiently. Would recommend for any air conditioning work

From first contact Jordan gave excellent customer experience. He thoroughly went through all the options available to us fitting aircon throughout our home. We had some specific requests and he advised, not pushy at all on price, no sales push, judged wanted to make sure we were happy.
