  Investigate potential blocked drains

  Sam was able to come onsite on the same day that I called him and was very thorough investigating issues with our drains. He worked methodically checking various things, eventually installing an inspection hatch in one pipe which highlighted the issue. Our building contractor has now fixed it (as he installed the drain). Sam was great explaining what he was doing and why, and costs were outlined up front (and were reasonable in my view). Highly recommended.

  Drain survey

  Booked Envirojet to do a cctv drain survey. The guys were really friendly, arrived on time, and emailed the report promptly after doing the work. Very pleased we decided to use them.

  Blocked Drain

  The main sewerage drains in my back garden were blocked.

  Sam attended to the problem promptly. He was effienct and professional and although her was unable to sort the probelm in my garden, he did identify, through thorough investigation that is was the main sewers on the road that were the issue. Yorkshire water responded that evening and appreciated that the area of concern was already identified by Sam making their job easier. I would definitely highly recommend this company.

  CCTV Drainage Survey

  I needed a drainage survey as the structural/home buyers survey flagged a few issues potentially caused by blocked surface water drainage. I was impressed with the really thorough job Samuel did, the report was easy to read and contained a map, summary and the raw CCTV footage with some image as well as more detailed comments. For us at least, the survey picked up on the issues we needed/expected, which gives confidence going forward. Massive thanks for a fair priced decent job!

  Clearing made up drain

  Sam attended in a prompt manner. Very knowledgeable and went the extra mile to explain where my sewers run and what to watch out for. Completed the job in no time. Number now saved in my phone for any other issues won’t hesitate to give Sam a call.
