Jakub came to inspect the loft for the removal of the spray foam insulation. He explained what would happen, gave me a quote and time line then answered any questions I had. At no time was there any hard sell or pressure to accept his quotation. When his team arrived they kept me informed every day what they were going to do to do, cleared up at the end of the day and were very polite. Jakub was excellent in explaining what was involved, what their service for spray foam removal involved and how everything would work. He also kept me informed throughout and arranged to meet me at the property to view the finished job.
