Gareth initially came out same-day and continued to visit 4 more times to ensure the work was completed. He was pleasant and polite and talked to us in laymans terms about what he was doing. He gave us some advice to reduce reoccurance and has out some preventative measures in place

We had a problem with mice in the attic. An awful lot seemed to have moved in. Within 2 weeks they were gone. Remedial work was done to identify the entry points around the house and block them. Excellent service, punctual and reliable, good value. Problem solved. highly recommended.

Rat race

Rats made their way into the cavity of my walls. Gareth made a strong assessment of the challenge, identifying all the best places to lay the bait. He worked out their route. He was generous with his time and advice and he managed to get rid of the issue within 3 visits, pretty much done by the second! Great service and peace of mind.

We highly recommend Gareth. He made us feel very reassured, helping us understand the reasons for the pest problem and how to prevent it. He dealt with the issue swiftly, providing multiple visits to check the problem had been fully solved, including a group chat for us. Clean and tidy, too, offering to go the extra mile. His reviews speak for themselves, very professional and helpful.

Rats in the attic

After trying home remedies and not getting anywhere. We tried to find a pest control service through Checkatrade. Was immediately contacted on the same day by EnvrioGuard who immediately put our minds at rest and came the next day. Gareth gave us the plan of action which was carried out until both rats had been dealt with. Amazing service timely courteous and cleaned up after the work was done. If we need this service again, hopefully not I have no hesitation in calling for Gareth thank you.

Infestation of flies

Gareth was very prompt in responding to our requirements. He carried out the work without delay and was very courteous, providing us with information and a plan to resolve the issue. He cleaned up after the work was done and provided good advice throughout the treatment. Gareth is a nice chap too who I would unreservedly recommend to anyone needing pest control services.
