We booked Darren 2weeks in advance, he messaged us t Kn through day and he asked us if he was able to park and where. We told him he was able to, he ignored our message I tried to co tact him many times and he was ignoring me on the day. Very irresponsible and I'm very disappointed with this service. Will not be booking again.

The gentleman that cleaned our carpets was very helpful and courteous. Carpets came up like new.
