Paid Neil £140 to clean my 89 year old mum’s carpet . Left with very strange spiked pattern in heavy duty areas and he he promised to return to sort this week . He hasn’t..and now no response from messages or calls . I’d like to send photos! Please don’t book

I can strongly recommend Enviro Clean to anyone needing carpet cleaning. Neil arrived punctually a very pleasant young man, he quickly explained the process and got on with the job, nothing was too much trouble for him. The carpets (living room and stairs) looked clean and fresh I was thrilled and thought the price was very good. A couple of days later I noticed a "new" stain had appeared I contacted Neil and he was straight back to explain how this had happened and fixed it. I would definitely use Enviro Clean again

Neil is just the best! My always go-to carpet, upholstery, bed, mats, rug, even car upholstery magician! From sprucing up my messy son's bedroom carpet and mattress (unbelievably horrendous, believe me!) again, to freshening up the car carpets and seats, he's the one to call. On top of that he's a lovely guy and loves what he does. Highly recommend and I'll never go anywhere else - EVER! Forgot to take some 'before' pics but everything is so fresh and clean again (until my son boomerangs back again, at least!)

Up and beyond the end result, Neil came into the home of me, I suffer with mental health, I di not let anyone through my doors, it wasn't cleanliness level, but NO JUDGE understood, stayed ultimate professional and Ulimately respectful.if the Mental Health stress fest ..I appreciate this man and this service on that alone but the 'clean results' 💯

Neil, the carpet cleaner, was punctual, polite, helpful and took Before pictures so as to compare the carpet's original state with the finished article. He carefully explained each step of the procedure before starting. He was clean, tidy and professional.
