  We were able to quickly arrange a site visit so Gemini could assess and quote for the job. They were easy to deal with, demonstrated their knowledge and understanding of double glazing. They provided a competitive quote and quickly booked the job in, completing it to a high standard within the timescale agreed. We especially appreciated how respectful they were of our home, tidying up as they went and accomodating our working from home and having our young son and a cat in the house! Great service.

  Drooping upvc door hinge adjustment

  Tony turned up, and managed to adjust the doors. As mentioned in the quote it may not be possible to fix without replacing the hinges. Tony managed to get the door back to one and close properly, and said he didn’t need to ve paid for the work, unless we wanted to replace the hinges. So we are now back in action and he didn’t even charge us after around an hour of work. What a legend. Great company and Tony really knows his stuff. Happy to recommend. Thanks guys.

  New hinges fitted to exterior balcony door solving longstanding issue

  First rate customer service and years of expertise which really showed when carrying out the work. Wasn’t looking to unnecessarily inflate the price to me at any point and offers an honest, insightful opinion if needed. From quote to completion very easy and very quick. Fantastic tradesman and can’t recommend them enough
