  Gas safety

  Got in contact with Matt, after seeing his business advertised through a forces Facebook group. Checked out other reviews and decided to go with Matt to get a gas safety check done prior to buying a property, he was very flexible in being able to liase with the estate agent to gain access and carry out the work. Very prompt in returning the report and responding to any emails.

  Leek, on central heating pipe

  Inspected and found leak in pipe. Repaired and replaced . Checked for leak after work, all well. Very good work and quick, would highly recommend.

  Change Radiator

  Matt turned up at the agreed time and worked non-stop to install a new replacement radiator and balance the complete heating system. During the work, it was found necessary to rectify previous poor installation work, this was done without hesitation. Matt kept me informed of the progress at all times, did a quality job, stuck to the price quoted and tidied up when finished. Very pleased and I have no hesitations in recommending his service to others.

  New boiler fitting

  Our boiler stopped working and Matt came out quickly to have a look for us. He assessed the problem as quickly as he could and then gave us options. He explained everything throughout the process. We decided to get a new boiler fitted and Matt worked a long day just to get us heating and hot water again. Very happy with the quality of the work. I would definitely recommend Ensign.
