Kate was brilliant from start to finish. Within 4 weeks of contacting her, she’d been able to visit and quote us on work and complete within 2 days! From the start Kate was very responsive and prompt. She was able to offer completion of the work within 3 weeks of contacting her. She was very through in her preperation work and as a result the finished work was to a very high standard. Nothing was to much trouble and she went to a lot of effort to insure I was happy with the colour's providing tester pots inadvance so I could be sure I had chosen well. She was a lovely person kind thoughtful and given my circumstances always happy to do that bit extra.
