Steve managed the complex updating which essentially saw half of the proprty being rebiult or extended. New roof, electrics, bioler, insulation etc. Great communication and even if project faced some very challenging moments, we alwsys found a way to push work ahead. The quality of the work is great and has stood the test of time with only a couple of negligible hairline cracks across the whole build. His pricing was keen and his commitment to seeing the project to completion unwavering. Steve is a reliable and friendly contractor and I have recommended him to friends unreservedly.
