  Alarm installation

  Searched online through Bark, completed a form and was contacted by Enga Security Installations. Discussed my alarm requirements, was quoted a price and received other quotes before deciding. Agreed a date and when I wanted to bring it forward Oystein was able to accommodate. Questions were responded to quickly, which was helpful in the decision making process. On the day the work was completed efficiently , he guided me on setting up the Smart alarm from the app. Would recommend!

  Ring alarm siren installation / removal of old alarm boxes

  Very polite, good communication and arrived on time. I was quoted a reasonable price to remove two old alarm boxes and wire a ring alarm siren. Unfortunately, they were unable to remove one of the two old alarm boxes, and they were unable to successfully install the Ring alarm siren. I have since had to complete the job myself. Despite this I was charged the full quote. Again, the installer was courteous and did his best, but I wouldn't use them again for the same job. They did, however, do a good job of my neighbours alarm installation (not a Ring system).

  Faulty alarm panel

  Initial contact was made for a repair to my existing system , sadly it was that old spares were unavailable, it was decided that the best option was a new system , the engineer was very helpful and put sensors in better locations , all work was done respecting the property, I was then given a step by step guide on the new system

  Alarm installation

  I rang to enquire about an alarm installation. Got a quote promptly and was happy to proceed. The whole process was easy, quick and i never once felt pressured to make a decision. Work was carried out quickly and cleanly. I will definitely recommend to others.

  Turned up to job promptly , was polite and courteous , and helpful with explanations of system and what was required. Oystein was tidy and did not waste any time on the job.

  Supply and fit alarm system

  Oystein gave me a useful and informative session on security matters when he visited to quote. I later got an alarm system fitted and he did this quickly, with the minimum of fuss and at a reasonable price. Many thanks.
