Good communication, fitted the glass and removed the broken glass.

Energy Shield replaced all the windows on the front of our house (5 in total). Measured up well, colour-matched with the door, and answered all our questions. Price was in line with most other quotes, but the service they provided was above and beyond what we expected. The fitter worked tirelessly all day to get them all fitted in a single day, and even replaced a couple of panes at the back of the house to match the new frosting/pattern on the front bathroom window, free of charge! Would highly recommend!

The job was timely and well done,while at it and new discoveries were found the workman suggested to go help get supplies for the fixing which was not part of the agreement from the onset but he did and ensured all was okay,they are professional,friendly and very swift with the job.

Window latch became stuck closed, came out quite quick and had a look at it, gave a good price and the job was done on less than an hour
