Energycare did a good job we have used 3 times for windows and flat roof Was on time and tidy

Energycare just installed 5 windows for me. this is my second installation as they insulated my conservatory in April both jobs have made a big difference in the looks. The windows are too new for me to say how good they are but the conservatory has been a massive improvement

Conservatory insulation looks great and feels even better Along with this I have had two windows done and misted glass units replaced. I had Energycare do work in my previous property and they also did my mum’s windows so it felt easy to use Energycare again . Ken and his teams always have great attention to detail David the sales rep and mark the surveyor are the same people who dealt with my first experience more than 10 years ago. Micheal and Steven worked very hard and work was completed on time within the two days promised Would always Reccomend Great company ,great staff,well done

Poor communication have to phone them multiple times before they answer with no ansaphone. Job was to put up conservatory guttering, previous fallen off. Came to do a quote but did not, contacted them and they said although the ball park figure was £400 - £600, it would cost £550, the cost would be £850 as they have a minimum charge. If we agreed to have them fit clading on the underside of the roof for £6300 they would put the guttering up for free as it is a small job. It took them 80 minutes to complete the work. I wanted white guttering but they badgered me till i agreed to have black

I have waiting 4 months to do the review and I must say what a difference cool in the summer and warm on the colder nights. The difference is amazing now my favourite room all of the workman was fantastic

I had this installed over 1 month ago it has made the room feel more homely it's definitely warmer when cold and cooler when warm
