  Thorough Work and Excellent Aftercare

  We contacted EMS to install a dedicated supply for our AC external unit. They suggested a full electrical check for safety, which we agreed to. All work and socket relocations were completed to a high standard. While testing, they found electrical leakage at our external tap due to missing grounding by the developer. They installed bonding and resolved it, thankfully catching the issue early. When the power tripped later, their aftercare was excellent – they returned next day and identified a faulty food waste disposer. Professional, thorough and genuinely care about safety.

  Brilliant customer service

  I had a very quick response from Vincent after my initial query and communication throughout was excellent - prompt, professional and extremely polite. A quote and appointment were arranged quickly, and the job, replacing an outside light, was carried out quickly. Our engineer Matt was very friendly and arrived bang on time. A really refreshing customer experience - 10/10 to all concerned. I wouldn't hesitate to hire EMS again.

  Fusebox replacement and rewiring

  EMS responded to my request on Checkatrade quite promptly and in a personal fashion. Despite two of the bedrooms being already refurbished, Matt and his apprentice did a fantastic job! Clean, professional and with zero disruption of the newly finished walls and flooring. Overall, I cannot fault EMS electrical: regular and clear communication from Vicente throughout the project, trustworthy, prompt and courteous. I am planning to use them again in the future without question, for the part 2 of the house refurbishment.
