EMR came out to assess the job and I was happy to agree a price with them. They came back about one week later to do the work to my satisfaction.

They responded very quickly to our request and came out to look at the job the next day. A price and date was agreed and the work was completed as scheduled. Photographs were provided to show the work done. It all looks very neat. The proof will come when we have rain but I am optimistic we will finally have banished the leaks.
