Mark and his team were excellent from start to finish. They are prompt and time efficient. Communication was excellent and what he said he would do he has done. We would 100% recommend Mark and his team.

The team were courteous thru out. They diagnosed the problem and explained how they would proceed and the cost. There was a problem with how soon they had a gap in their work load. However they decided to work on Saturday to ensure the task was done before any further rain which I really appreciated. I strongly recommend the hard working team .

EMR came out to assess the job and I was happy to agree a price with them. They came back about one week later to do the work to my satisfaction.

Lost 2 ridge tiles in a storm. Contacted Mark he responded promptly, came and quoted to replace the 2 lost tiles or to replace all. Work was done the following week. Impressed with everything
