Erik is friendly, professional, precise and reliable. He arrived at the agreed time which is rare these days. He identified the problem with the leak and found a solution in matter of seconds. He showed a great deal of care for the work he was doing. He is knowledgable and was explaining what he was doing during the process, so we knew what was happening. He was happy to explain things over and over and show us things we will need to do for aftercare. His attention to detail is fantastic and works in a great and tidy manner. Would 100% recommend him to family and friends.
