Erik is friendly, professional, precise and reliable. He arrived at the agreed time which is rare these days. He identified the problem with the leak and found a solution in matter of seconds. He showed a great deal of care for the work he was doing. He is knowledgable and was explaining what he was doing during the process, so we knew what was happening. He was happy to explain things over and over and show us things we will need to do for aftercare. His attention to detail is fantastic and works in a great and tidy manner. Would 100% recommend him to family and friends.

Eriko arrived the next day and even went to Wicks to pick up the new tap. Could not have asked for better service.

Estref came the next day after my posting on Checkatrade. He came and inspected what was needed. The job needed a new mixer tap and he went down to Wicks to collect the part and fitted it in less than one hour. I could not have asked for a better service.
