  Replacement of bathroom basin

  Aiden took on a job with minimum fuss which other tradespeople didn't fancy. He advised on what was needed at the initial meeting and undertook the job on the next working day. I now have a very nice bathroom basin installed. Nice bloke too. Highly recommended.

  New kitchen tap fitted

  Aiden is punctual, polite and really knowledgeable, always explain what the issue is and the solutions. He has also mended a leaking pipe on the bath and managed to get the bathroom radiator working well after years of it being cold. Several other engineers have looked at it and not made a difference. I wholeheartedly recommend Empirical Plumbing and Aiden, I feel I can trust him completely.

  Water cylinder repair

  Aiden was great in terms of communication and getting my cylinder fixed really quickly! I felt that he was really honest - only changed what he needed to and talked me through the process so I understood what had gone wrong and what needed replacing. I would really recommend him! He was very knowledgable, tidy and polite!
