  The 2 gentlemen came and explained everything that they were doing and why they were doing it. We had had a survey done before moving in and it wasn't particularly clear what work needed doing. However, with video evidence these guys explained what it was causing the issue (rotted roof) and sorted it out for us within 2 days. Really lovely guys as well, would recommend.

  They come out to sort the ridge tiles on my roof and re-point them. The service was excellent from start to finish. He arrived on time, explained clearly what needed doing, and worked efficiently to remove the old loose mortar and apply fresh pointing to secure the ridge tiles properly. The job was done neatly and professionally, and he made sure everything was tidy before leaving. It’s reassuring to know the roof is now properly sealed and secure again. Really friendly, reliable service and great workmanship. I’d definitely recommend to anyone who needs roofing work done.
