Kyle very professional, quick to respond to queries and was able to fit in the roof inspection at short notice. Kyle called to discuss findings immediately after completing the inspection and took the time to explain technical terms and details to me. After a bad storm we noticed several leaks and a damaged part of our flat roof, we contacted this roofing contractor. They were one of the few companies that got back to us quickly. The repairs were done faster than expected and with no hidden costs. The roofing team were extremely professional and polite, explained what was needed. Excellent from the start, completed both flat roofs to an impeccable standard. All the work was signed off by building control, the team fitted warm deck flat roof conversions with 150mm insulation upgrade. Professional and responsive. We contacted Empire Roofing to fix several leaks. We had multiple ongoing issues with a flat roof and some leaky gutters which a number of other roofers had looked at before, still the issues persisted. Kyle provided me with two options, both of which were competitively priced. The work was completed on time, the communication was excellent. Excellent service and quality of work. Attentive, friendly and diligent professionals. Our roof was leaking for some time, we finally decided to replace the roof as we had tried to patch it up for sometime. The team erected the scaffolding promptly, started on the roof and completed until all was done. Kyle listened to exactly what we wanted (take the old roof off and start again from scratch) they carried out the roof replacement in a professional manner. We would definitely recommend. The roof team were fantastic from the beginning. They replaced Two large flat roofs that were cracked and leaking, they also fixed the other roof issues that were flagged on our survey like the rotten wood and defects on the chimney, broken tiles and guttering brackets.
