the work carried by a freindly workers .the cost was £600. I ended up paying £1800. as the said there was a hole in the felt when they removed the lead from bottom of chimney .iwas amazed to what the said but as i am not a builder ijust went with what they said that is reason the cost went up.As a 88 year old i just piad it but the work carried was sub standard. As i have paid the sum of £1800. I havebeen asking for an invoice as he said it was guarinteed fo 12years .now 3 weeks past still no invoice.

Jarvis and co did a fantastic job not only on the work we commissioned them to do, but also did great work in helping us identify (with lots of pictures and explanations) and fix other issues we had that would have led to more future problems - genuinely knowledgeable, honest and great communication and left everywhere really well cleaned and tidy.
