Wow where can I start Jarvis and empire roofing team was nothing but professional throughout the job Jarvis had no problem in identifying the leak in the roof and fixed it for a more than reasonable price and we haven’t had problem since would highly recommend these guys and will be definitely using them in the future

Following my request for an urgent roofer through Rated People, Jarvis contacted me promptly and arrived exactly at the agreed time. He provided a clear list of the work required, showed me a photo of the damaged tile that needed replacing, and gave a fair quote. He carried out the work quickly and efficiently. He took photos of the repairs he carried out and sent them to us once the job was completed. He also took the time to advise us on additional maintenance that may be needed in the future. We’re very happy with Jarvis — he is punctual. professional, and takes pride. Highly recommended.

Had some minor repair to the roof valleys and repointing of some lead flashing done. Jarvis completed the job to a good standard. Everything was tidied up. The work started and finished promptly. Jarvis also kept me informed of the timing when he will start. The communication has been professional. The price was very reasonable.

Empire roofing did a great job. From first contact, Jarvis was courteous and professional. Communication was excellent throughout and everything happened in line with expectations. Together with Patrick, they worked energetically and professionally in what were, at times, challenging weather conditions. I’m very happy with the final result.
