Louis and Carl did an amazing job with my en-suite which originally only had a basin and shower. They were able to add a toilet to the room in a very challenging space and fit new shower, taps, basin and vanity unit. They arrived when they said they would and completed all work to a very high standard including tiling. Louis also replaced 3 radiators within my home and have had no issues. Work took around a month to complete only because I needed to wait until my carpets were fitted for radiators as these were free standing and great communication throughout this time.

Louis and Carl did an outstanding job fitting a bathroom and adding a shower in a challenging space. We had a toilet room which they replumbed to include a shower, toilet and compact basin. Despite this being a very small, confined environment they managed beautifully to make something very special. Tiling was superb and they suggested very nice fittings. If feels extremely high quality. Cost was reasonable. They managed it within a week, as quoted.

We bought our house last year and the previous owners had removed the bath so we needed a bath fitted. Through word of mouth Louis and Carl's Emperor Bathroom Company was recommended to us and for good reason. Louis came out to assess the work and gave us several options to consider. He even came back out to the house again to explain the best option and he gave us an honest quote, explaining what work we needed and why. They managed to fit us into their busy schedule and their work was top notch, going above and beyond to fix existing issues with the bathroom! Thanks again Louis and Carl!

The final product is perfect and finished to an incredible high standard. The guys kept me informed at every step of the way and worked to a very tight schedule. Very happy.

I had my bathroom installed a couple years ago by Lois. The bathroom is beautiful and it held up really well even after all these years so I can’t fault him for it. I will say though, it took over a month to do, I got charged extra because he installed the bath the wrong way round and I asked him to flip it the right way. He measured our bathroom for tiles gave us one dimension and we didn’t realise floor tiles are different. Due to this he charged us extra because he had to go get them. When I tried to dispute this I got told that it’s common sense. Very disappointing.

We paid Louis and teammate to carry out a number of works and many of these have been carried out satisfactorily. However, following the installation of new radiators, we have had clicking, clanging and vibration noises. Having investigated thoroughly with the manufacturer and also having our system balanced and power flushed, we identified that the valves installed by Louis are the source of the issues. Despite asking Louis to discuss this with us and to help us resolve this over a number of weeks, he has refused to discuss this with us and has dismissed our concerns. Very disappointed.
