Very professional outfit, good communication from start to finish. Engineer arrived and carried out the work as quoted. Remedial works were required and a quotation swiftly followed. I had two toilets and a sink that were all blocked where the pipes converge. After contacting a plumber and being let down multiple times, I called EMP Drainage. They quoted a reasonable fixed price and attended within 24 hours. They were far better than any plumber would have been, and got the issue investigated and solved quickly and professionally. Fantastic job well done to these guys! From first call to leaving the job. They Came to investigate within 2hrs of my call… the smell has gone they cleared it straight away and left area clean after. Please use this brilliant local company. Had used a national company day before who arrived very late and charged double but did not sort out problem.
