Requested a new double glazed unit. Spoke with Maggie who gave me an appointment time. Michael turned up within the time frame , measured up. Price sent to me the next working day. Just had my windows replaced, and I'm absolutely delighted with the service! Michael was fantastic from start to finish. His initial survey was thorough and precise, and during the installation, he was incredibly friendly, professional, and meticulous – leaving everything spotless.
