On contacting Emerson Flooring I was offered a free home visit for an estimate which was carried out a few days later. They bought samples of carpet and laminate and gave a detailed account of what would be suitable for my requirements. On receiving the estimate and confirming, I was given a fitting date. On the day of fitting they arrived promptly and throughout were polite and very respectful of my property and belongings. On completion they made sure all areas fitted were left hoovered and tidy. They made the whole experience stress free and were professional at all times.
