Toilet replacement

Very polite but I feel the work and cost really let them down. Firstly I have been charged £200 for a new toilet, which i'd say would have cost no more than £80, its shockingly bad - with a seat which doesnt stay up! When queried I was told "yeah its a cheap toilet" £200 isnt cheap! When I asked to see an invoice one can never be produced, despite weeks of chasing. I was overcharged and left with a loo that doesnt work properly. Lenny also had to come back to put back bath panel back correctly after leaving it with gaps either end and not sealed in.

Lavatory waste leak and stopcock dripping

Paul is a pleasure to deal with, does what he says he’ll do, sticks to times and days and does a great job. I cannot fault the service I’ve received from EPH. Lenny has also worked on a job here and is helpful, courteous, punctual, tidy and effective. Thank you to both of you for fixing both leaks. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend.

Basin waste and trap replacement

I have used EPH’s services multiple times and Paul never fails to impress. I would be reluctant to use anyone else to work on my plumbing and gas appliance problems. Paul is without doubt the very best tradesman I have ever had to do work on my property. I can’t recommend him too highly and can assure others that he will do an excellent job for a fair price and will always go above and beyond to ensure his clients are satisfied.

Goes the extra mile

Paul always responds quickly to panicked texts or calls - he once phoned me back on Christmas Day to advise me on a simple solution for a badly blocked toilet... (it worked and the advice was free). He has a 'can-do' attitude, and makes you feel your plumbing difficulty is really not that bad.
