  I called Joseph in a panic over a stop-cock that would turn. He suggested a simple fix to me over the phone that worked. No charge. He has gained a customer for life.

  Find source of a leak

  Joseph was fantastic. He was kind and professional from start to finish. He offered to diagnose the problem quickly and fairly when others were charging astronomical call-out fees. He was then flexible with follow-up times to get the work done. He was communicative and charged fairly. While here, he recognised another fault and Prices are fair and transparent. I will only use Joseph for plumbing work in future
