  Joseph was fantastic. He was kind and professional from start to finish. He offered to diagnose the problem quickly and fairly when others were charging astronomical call-out fees. He was then flexible with follow-up times to get the work done. He was communicative and charged fairly. While here, he recognised another fault and Prices are fair and transparent. I will only use Joseph for plumbing work in future

  We had a persistent water leak and called in Emergency Plumber 365 (Jay). He quickly identified the issue, gave clear and helpful advice on the replacement parts needed, and managed to source and fit everything within a week. Efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable – highly recommended.
