Very attentive and communicative. Fast

Very prompt, polite, took time with the job. Communicated well. Unfortunately the lock is not quite as good quality as I was hoping for. The gate moves a bit on the hinge when closed, and the sneck only works when the door is unlocked. A bit disappointed with the standard of the materials but the workmanship was good.

Nice guys, they fixed a tricky lock on my bifold doors that two other locksmiths couldn’t. And they did so for a reasonable price.
