Credit where it’s due, hence this review! Firstly, my mother’s 2.5 year old Fridgemaster fridge freezer stopped cooling and they were very honest by saying it wouldn’t be economically viable to repair, as opposed to sending out an engineer and charging me anyway. Secondly, a few weeks later the thermostat on my twenty year old Zanussi freezer failed but they sourced a replacement which the engineer, Chris fitted, and the freezer is now working great. He even replaced the buld FOC! The service was polite, informative and efficient from first point of contact to the last. Well done and thank you

Left an earlier review. Nightmare company, paid for oven repair back in Feb, including major part, oven never works since, 3 engineer visits and still not working, company completely unresponsive now. Have walked of with £400 of my money and oven is as broken as it was on day one.
