10 Excellent wasp/squirrel/mice service!

Ken and Jenny were truly fantastic to work with, we had an old wasps nest in the loft, a family of squirrels in the loft, and mice. Ken did the jobs he felt he should to a high standard and where he felt we could do things ourselves also advised us on steps we could take. He visited our house twice to do the squirrel treatment and was incredibly kind, professional and efficient as well as timely. I am very pleased with the service provided. Ken was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in explaining what to do and not to do after treating my home for an unwanted bed bug infestation. The price was as agreed at the outset and Ken always arrived on time and finished each of the four visits necessary in the time expected. Good efficient administration as well. Second time we have used this company and despite new personnel it was the same polite, efficient and effective service. Jenny in the office was very helpful and arranged for a quick visit to take place. Ken arrived and was knowledgable and reassuring. The mouse problem was solved after a couple of visits .
