Was lucky enough to have Matt call me up and told me he could drop by on the way back from his first Job. Wasted no time in working out the issue, wasn't as straight forward as I had imagined but Matt managed to work the issue out and luckily sort the wiring out. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Will be saving his details for any future works needed. Recommend Emerald!!

Matt was courteous and proactive over the phone as soon as I explained the problem. I messaged him on WhatsApp showing photos of my heating programmer etc. Matt quickly sent me details of a replacement - cost, pics etc. Matt and his colleague arrived bang on time and didn’t leave until all my issues had been resolved. I will 100% recommend him to family and friends and I’ve also saved his number for any subsequent electrical problem I may have in the future. Best thing was I didn’t realise I had overpaid him, 2 mins later he was back at the door giving me my overpayment back. Well done mate!

James was brilliant, found the fault and fixed asap, price was so unexpected as I thought it would be more ,and will recommend him to anyone I know who has any electrical problems
