    Flavia and the mean are amazing, we have used different companies before and had issues with timing and standards of cleaning. However, Flavia's are always on time, straight to work and clean the house to a high standard, as a busy working mum they are a god send! Definitely recommend!

    I had actually gone with another company who were cheaper for an end of tenancy + carpet clean, but they cancelled on me half an hour before they were due to show. So I reached back out to Emerald and asked if they would be able to do the job that day. I was remarkably surprised when they said they could get a team out at around 6pm and all they asked is if I could get the team a pizza as the team had been working all day. Safe to say I happily obliged, they were able to get the job done to a pretty good standard, and I was still able to have my furniture delivered the following day!

    Excellent end-of-tenancy deep clean

    I spoke with Flavia about the requirements for my end-of-tenancy deep clean, I was able to send pics over WhatsApp which was a helpful way of showing the target areas. She listed all the steps her Team would focus on in each room - very clear and detailed! We booked her Team on short notice, 2 days after my enquiry - helpfully they were able to meet outside of office hours so I didn't need to take time-off to let them into the property! The Team were friendly, they understood the brief exactly, and did an excellent job. My property is now show-room ready to go on the market - thanks guys!!
