The conservatory is lovely and made to a high standard.

Rob made and fit 9 bespoke windows and doors 14 years ago when we moved in. I called yesterday with a query regarding a stiff bracket. By the time I returned from work his partner Ian had stopped on his way past and replaced it. Unbelievable service, workmanship and quality. Hard to find a company this good. Cheers gents!

Excellent job by the Emerald team. They were prompt when providing a very competitive quote and then did the job when we arranged. Excellent work regarding the windows, great quality and brilliant fitting. They also left the the house very tidy and were only minimally disruptive. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

Competitive quotation, well manufactured windows installed and finished off with plastic trim to a high standard. Friendly and courteous staff who once the job started were on site every day until all the work was completed. This is the 4th time I have used this company and would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

We had our entire house windows and doors changed by Emerald in January and 3 months on we are still pleased to bits with them. Working with Emerald was a pleasure from start to finish. We loved the relaxed conversation approach Rob gave when first visiting to quote. He was honest, upfront and knowledgeable and not at all pushy or salesman like. We felt like he was pricing based on what we were ordering not based on what he thought we could afford (unlike others we had received quotes from).
