Embury, and especially Sam our point of contact, couldn’t have been better. Great service, great communication, polite, reliable, friendly and all in all a great result.

We commissioned Embury to undertake the removal of foam spray from our loft area. From our first contact to completion of the work, Embury were fantastic. Samantha’s organisational and communication skills ensured that the work was carried out within 2 days (and we live in Scotland!). Mike and William arrived bang on schedule, worked non-stop for seven and a half hours, and cleared up the detritus after successful completion of the job. They were also very personable. Embury Environmental responded quickly and explained the work to be carried out and the disposal of foam. Mike and Richard were friendly and worked tirelessly when carrying out their task. They also cleaned the area each day all foam etc was bagged and ready for disposal. Gavin followed up regarding the work completed and explained the next part of the procedure. All in all, everything went well. Would recommend giving them a try

Located the leak and stopped it, removed the carpet and furniture, and had them taken away. Treated the floorboards, set up the drying machine. Checked the floor to see if it had dried, removed the skirting board which still held moisture.

Brilliant service from booking and survey. Sam and James were both brilliant and really responsive to questions. The report was very detailed and James was happy to clarify anything within the report. Brilliant service, couldn’t fault it.
