Very good job

Required our loft access to be moved and the loft area to be insulated and boarded with lights and ladder installed. Contact and regular updates were great and the quality of the work and final result were beyond our expectations. Highly recommend.

We recently had our roof replaced by Embc, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the result. After a previous builder attempted the job and left it in a worse state, with leaks and ongoing issues, we were hesitant to trust someone new. But from the first visit, Embc were professional, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced.They took the time to assess the damage properly, explained what had gone wrong previously, and outlined exactly how they would fix it. The work was completed efficiently, and the results speak for themselves, not badly priced either. There are reliable builders out there!

Can’t recommend enough. I had already spent time and money with previous builders trying to fix an internal structural issue in my home, and the issue was not resolved and I was left out of pocket. I cannot fault the service received from East Midlands Building Contractors. They were professional, found the cause of the problem and fixed it. They turned up on time and as promised. Will be using them for any future building work.
