Ben is awesome. Came round on a Sunday within 1 hour, to unblock a kitchen drain. Turned out to be much more complicated than first thought but Ben solved the problem and his fees were reasonable. THANK YOU.

We called Emani Plumbing and Heatong to fix our boiler which stopped working due to a blockage,leaving us without heating and hot water. Ben arrived within the same morning, identified and resolved the issue,whilst also providing boiler maintenance. Communication was easy and straightforward. Ben was super efficient and cared to explain each steps of the process and the tests that he ran to make sure everything was working properly. Highly recommend 👌

Installation was smooth and they explained to me what they were doing along the way so I could understand as well.

Third or fourth time Ben's done plumbing / heating work for me - every time he's incredibly responsive and bends over backwards to help me out as quickly as possible. He is a resourceful and an efficient worker, and the results are rock solid. Rates are extremely fair and he's a nice guy, too. 100% recommended, I'm so pleased I found him.

Ben was brilliant, helpfully visiting before I booked to check the details of the job. He skillfully managed a somewhat complicated replacement because of the setup of my previous boiler, and explained the different steps he needed to do. I was having an issue with my radiators, and Ben did a great job at identifying and resolving the problem, as well as providing boiler maintenance to ensure this will run as it needs to. Ben was responsive and easy to communicate with to book the slot, and efficient, friendly and tidy in carrying out the works. Would highly recommend.
